'Furious 7' Star Vin Diesel's Former Talent Manager, Jeff Kwatinetz Relists Malibu Mansion

"Furious 7" Star Vin Diesel's Former Talent Manager, Jeff Kwatinetz, has relisted his Malibu Mansion in the market for $6.3M, reports Realtor.com.

The California mansion of Snoop Dogg and Kelly Clarkson's former manager just got a $1M pricecut from 2009's asking price of $7.3M. In 2010 it was taken off the market and is just being sold again this time, says Realtor.com

According to property records, Mr. Kwatinetz has purchased the Malibu mansion in June of 2006 for $5,950,059, reports Variety. The 3-story contemporary home located at the north of Santa Monica on Topanga Beach reportedly measures about 3900sq.ft. The home has a two-car garage inside the mansion and another two slots of off-highway parking. One flight of stairs from the courtyard entrance gives a visitor a welcome from the great room consisting of living and dining areas and a spacious kitchen, adds Variety.

Kwatinetz' property is a modern piece of architecture both from the inside and the outside. Realtor notes that the Kwatinetz' home, equipped with an elevator, has four-bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The Malibu estate prides itself with a carefully set "honeycomb pattern" of grass in the front yard. Variety says that the lawn is dotted by few palm trees and cacti. Jeff's home also has a sleek chef's kitchen furnished with white and frosted glass cabinets, as mentioned in Realtor. Although the home has a minimalist design as reflected by concrete slab flooring, a would-be buyer would appreciate its elegance.

The property's plan was also well-thought of according to Realtor.com. For instance, the home's ambiance was carefully considered to not let its temperature vary much from being either too warm or to cold. The interior was designed with "softer, rounded edges" as opposed to having the cornered rooms in traditional homes. This style could be observed in the bedrooms and living areas. The home reportedly has showers with rounded walls as well.

Being in Malibu, one of the property's finest luxuries it could offer to its new homeowners is the stunning ocean-view from the balcony per floor. Most rooms will allow you to feast on these spectacular views, too, with the aid of floor-to-ceiling windows.

Compatible to its setting, a remarkable feature of the Kwatinetz mansion is its spacious master bedroom which is said to span the entire width of the house, notes Variety. With the amazing ocean view from the spanning windows, one would be very relaxed just staying there. The master bedroom has a direct access to a terrace for a better tropical feel. The living rooms and the bedroom were masterfully designed with the right touch of sophistication using white and beige combination, accented with dark wood materials.

According to his official website, Kwatinetz continues to excel with over 20 years of experience and belongs in the most innovative and highly-successful media executives in the U.S. entertainment industry.

Kwatinetz is the CEO of Prospect Park, a media and production company, which is honored to have high-profile entertainment clients under its management, together with film and television production under its name.
