Liam Dunaway, Mary Hart Get Condo in West Hollywood

More and more celebrity and A-listers are moving to West Hollywood to take residence there. But while the real estate remains valuable in the said area, not everyone has opted to acquire a piece of their own land but instead, chose to shack up in high-rise condominiums in the area.

One of the recent celebrities to transfer in the area is Liam Dunaway O'Neill. According to Los Angeles Times, the son of Oscar-winning actress Faye Dunaway to her second husband, has recently purchased a condominium in one of the luxury high-rise towers in the area.

The condominium in West Hollywood offers the 34-year-old actor a breathtaking view of Griffith Observatory and Hollywood Hills from its balcony.

At almost 800-square foot in size, the unit is a spacious bachelor's pad complete with kitchen breakfast bar, dining and living rooms, one toilet and bath and one huge bedroom.

The condominium comes complete with furnishings made by an interior designer. It boasts of hardwood floors and high ceiling, which gives it an airy feel. The light coming in from the huge balcony, adjacent to the living room, adds additional brightness to the unit.

The kitchen has marble counters while the walls utilize subway tiles which add character to the pristine white theme of the cooking area. It also made use of a farm sink with stainless-steel furnishings for the faucet and lights.

O'Neill acquired the unit for $560,000. It was listed by agents Jeff Yarbrough and Chris Jacobs of Keller Williams.

Meanwhile, another couple has recently moved to the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood, said Los Angeles Times in a separate report.

Mary Hart and Burt Sugarman have bought the 3,533-square foot condo unit for $8 million. The unit's size was in account of previous two condo units combined to form one spacious residential shack by the previous resident and owner, jewelry designer Loree Rodkin.

The unit's design is a combination of sleek, minimalist style with Asian accents. Everything in the condo spells Asian inspiration from the elephant statues on top of stainless steel kitchen counters to Japanese portraits on the walls and huge rattan light pieces.

The unit is low-key with its combination of neutral tones of grey, dark brown and cream.

It has three toilet and baths, two bedrooms and a roofed patio, which offers a panoramic view of the city and ocean for the couple and guests.

Hilton & Hyland listed the property in Sierra Towers and was handled by agent Joshua Greer.
