Tyga New Album 2015 Release Date & Tracklist Revealed

Tyga's new album for 2015, "The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty," was scheduled to be released last Jan. 27, as reported by Venture Capital Post. Sadly, however, the official release did not push through, and fans have long been waiting to get their hands on his latest work.

One of the album's songs, titled "40 Mill," as reported by The Boombox, was actually produced by Kanye West. There is still no word on a full track list for his Gold album, but Radio.com managed to get their hands on the list for his album with Chris Brown.

It will be featuring various artists, such as Fat Trel, ScHoolBoy Q, Pusha T, Ty Dolla $ign, Boosie Badazz, and 50 Cent. Plus, it also has four deluxe edition tracks that include special guest spots for T.I. and Wale.

According to his Twitter post, it looks like the delay of his album might have been due to some issues with his label. "The Gold album won't be released the 27th, still fightin' with Label on my release," Tyga wrote. "But, will keep you guys updated."

As of press time, no definite date has been provided regarding his album's release date. For now, his fans will have to wait a bit longer. Thankfully, though, his now-pending project is not the only thing he has to give to fans.

The Young Money rapper has already worked closely with Chris Brown for "Ayo," and he took the delay of his Gold album as an opportunity to promote the single, as well as another album of his, titled, "Fan of A Fan," noted Urban Islandz.

"'Ayo,' make it work on iTunes," he wrote. "'Fan of A Fan' album will be dropping really soon." According to an updated Twitter post, the album will be out by Feb. 24 this year.

Saying that Tyga's "The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty" went through a rollercoaster ride for the past couple of months would be an understatement. It was originally slated for a release last year, but it was suddenly given a one-year delay, after Tyga attempted to leave his contract with Cash Money.

The last time that he gave an update about the album -- before telling his fans and followers recently that it will not be out by the 27th -- was last October.

"'Gold' album had been done," he tweeted. "My label holding me hostage. So, I can't release nothing - might just leak it for my fans, then let them make $ off it."
