Amid rumors that singers Ariana Grande and Big Sean have split, the two were recently spotted in Tahoe getting cozy with each other.
The couple, who was recently the subject of a nasty break up rumor, showed fans they were very much still together as they posted photos of their holiday trip in social media, reported NY Daily News. The "Break Free" singer uploaded a photo of her with Big Sean on her Instagram account, with a simple "#tahoe" caption. Meanwhile, Big Sean posted a photo of Grande kissing him on his own feed with the words, "Man I had da best time in Tahoe last week!"
Just a few days before the two were seen in snowy Tahoe, Hollywood Life reported that they have allegedly broken up. It wrote Sean's texting with other women as the reason for the split. According to the website, an insider revealed to Star that Grande found out about the alleged cheating before Christmas.
"During the last visit they had together, right before Christmas, Ariana reached for Sean's phone and he about jumped out of his seat," the source disclosed. "She questioned why she was so jumpy and insisted on seeing his phone."
Upon checking, the diminutive singer apparently saw photos and conversations of Sean with another girl. The source added that Sean tried to down play what Grande saw and swore "he hasn't hooked up with anyone since they became official." However, Grande didn't buy it and reportedly ended things with the rapper, said Hollywood Life's insider.
Representatives of the two singers have denied the rumors, said JustJared.com. In fact, the recently uploaded photos of the two prove the split rumors false.
Grande and Sean have been officially dating since October 2014, although many believe their relationship began earlier than that, noted Fashion Times. The two met when Sean collaborated with Grande for a track in the songstress' second album.
The pop star confirmed her relationship with the rapper while in an interview with The Telegraph and couldn't stop gushing about his beau. She said, "He is one of the most amazing men in the whole world, and that includes my grandfather and brother. I think the world of him, and he's an amazing person. That's kind of all there is to it."
Big Sean, on the other hand, seems very smitten with Grande. The rapper apparently does not like discussing his personal life but maintained to Ryan Seacrest that Ariana is "very special" to her. Sean was previously engaged to "Glee" actress, Naya Rivera before they called it quits last April.
