'Undercover Boss' CEO Fires Woman Over Bikini Bartending; Offers Free Breast Implants

Viewers marshaled on social media and lashed out at the latest episode of "Undercover Boss" after a CEO fired an employee for disagreeing to wear a bikini top on camera while offering boob augmentation to another employee if she vows to offer better performance in the next six months, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.

This is not supposed to be an expected route for the show as it was initially labeled as "heartwarming." Nevertheless, the glass has turned upside down and the moronic event took place.

The highly-coveted CBS show features Doug Guller, the founder and CEO of Bikinis, who said that they want to pursue a concentration of their restaurant -- the integration of restaurant and sex -- and thus he refers to his restaurant as "brestaurants."

Although it sounded more like a joke, Guller admits that he and his colleagues are serious about the niche that they try to employ in their restaurants, and even though the "breastaurants" label appears to be offensive at the least, "people like Guller view the word as a term of endearment", Jezebel reports.

In the episode, Guller fired Jessica, the woman who was allegedly unwilling to wear a bikini top on camera, because she seemed to not support his business objectives. Jessica explained that she refused to wear the bikini not because she did not want to but because she wasn't feeling comfortable wearing one on camera. However, Guller felt the refusal was a big smack on his pride.

In an article posted on Stuff, the heated CEO explained his side saying, "We are a breastaurant. And I love that we're a breastaurant... We focus on four things: booze, food, sports and sex. These four things are recession proof."

This means that all its employees have to manifest their forte as a restaurant. Guller even adds, "It's obvious what gets our fans in the door. It's our breasts. Not necessarily our chicken breasts", he told Stuff shares.

Basically, the show was a contrived controversy as Guller disguised to be a bartender for the whole duration of the show, and when he saw that Jessica was not wearing what she's supposed to be wearing, he revealed his identity and swore to help Jessica "get her resume out there", according to Jezebel.

Later, Guller, according to Stuff, said "When I see that Jessica's not in a bikini top, I was pissed", and told the poor lady that it was not working for her and she should find another job.

Meanwhile, the controversial CEO offered breast implants to another employee named Grace if she continued to show satisfactory performance for the next six months. Grace was given such offer after expressing her enjoyment over the bikini top costume, as reported on the WTSP.

Because of the episode, the show suffered its all-time low in ratings while being complemented by angry viewers expressing their disappointment over the show on social media sites.
