Chelsea Handler Goes Topless on Top of Snowy Mountain; Posts Photo On Instagram

Chelsea Handler once again proved that she's not one to abide by rules. A day after Christmas, the former late-night talk show host disregarded a social network's rule against nudity and posted a photo of herself topless.

The photo, which showed the comedienne standing on the top of a mountain wearing only pants, a ski helmet and a backpack looking at a far point, was posted on Instagram last Friday.

According to NY Daily News, Handler was on a ski trip over the holidays and brought her new puppy, Chunk, with her. The controversial photo was taken when she lost sight of Chunk while skiing, "I lost chunk in the mountain," she captioned of her Instagram photo in full ski gear sans her shirt.

It wasn't long after administrators of the photo-sharing website, Instagram, took notice of the photo and deleted it.

After the network took down her photo, the actress went to micro-blogging site, Twitter, to share the same photo of her topless self. She tweeted the photo with the caption, "Finding chuck. Instagram had him!"

It is not the first time the television host posted a racy photo of herself on social media. In October, Handler uploaded a photo of herself riding a horse without a shirt. According to Fox News, the picture was meant to be a parody of a photo of Russian President Vladimir Putin riding a horse shirtless.

"Taking this down is sexist. I have every right to prove I have a better body than Putin," she wrote of the photo. When Instagram deleted it, Handler responded, saying "If a man posts a photo if his nipples, it's ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?"

A report by ET Online said that the writer uploaded the photo once again, which was also immediately removed. Handler responded, saying that she's is leaving the social network and would concentrate on Twitter, "where her followers have the right to choose what they say."

It seemed that the actress did not go through with the plan, as indicated in her recent controversial photo on Instagram.

Rapper 50 Cent showed support for his ex-girlfriend's anti-censorship campaign against the said social network by reposting her photo, reported Daily Mail. On Sunday, the same photo of a topless Handler on top of the mountain was seen on his Instagram with the caption, "Hi haters, boy I love @chelseahandler out of control. Lol." The two has remain friends after going out briefly in 2010.
