Celebrity Homes: Tennis Pro Andy Murray's Miami Condo for Sale for $3M

Scottish tennis pro Andy Murray has listed his condo at Jade Residences in downtown Miami for $2.99 million. The 2012 Olympic gold medalist, two-time Grand Slam champion and currently ranked number two in the world bought the property in July 2008 for only $1.575 million.

According to Variety, the 45th floor unit has a total of four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. It has a total area of 3,415 square feet with wrap-around views of the skyline and there are also three terraces that have a total area of 868 square feet.

There is also a private elevator that opens to the small foyer and a combination of the living room and dining room. The common areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliders. The dining room is designed with slab marble flooring and the living room half has dark-stained hardwood floor boards.

The kitchen has a five-sided center island and it is also equipped with top-grade appliances including a warming drawer and integrated coffee/espresso maker. Listing details reveal that the three guest rooms have direct access to a private bathrooms.

One of the bedrooms has the toilet next to the a huge floor-to-ceiling window, while the other two open to the curved terrace that provides sweeping views of the city. The master bedroom faces the bay, and it also opens to a terrace that is shared with the living room and dining room. It includes two walk-in closets and a large master bathroom complete with twin vanities, two toilers and a jetted soaking tub. There is also one bidet and a separate shower stall.

The building also offers high-end amenities like high-speed elevators, a roof-top sky lounge, a fitness center with spa and two infinity edge swimming pools. Murray is not the only celebrity living in the building as it was reported that Juan Martín del Potro also has a condo unit in the building which he bought for $1.49 million in 2014.
