Celebrity Homes for Sale: 'The Bachelor' Producer Mike Fleiss Sells Hawaiian Hideaway for $12.85M

Reality show producer Mike Fleiss is selling his home on the North Shore of Kauai, Hawaii for sale for $12.85 million. According to Los Angeles Times, the property was custom-built for Fleiss and was just completed this year.

The 7.3-acre compound has a 4,515-square-foot main house and a 500-square-foot guest house. There is also a 656-square-foot garage and a deck that crosses a 100-foot saltwater swimming pool which connects to the various parts of the home.

According to Variety, the main house is divided into two sections which are linked by a wooden bridge that spans the pool. It has a total of five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, while the guest house has one bedroom and one full bathroom.

The living spaces of the main house has an open and airy floor plan, and it features theatrically vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass sliders which open to the roomy decks and the outdoor living spaces which include a poolside palapa. Because the property is elevated, it provides panoramic coastline views. Listing agent Neal Norman of Hawaii Life Real Estate revealed that the property shows contemporary Bali styles, and the sale includes modern furnishings.

This is not the very first property being listed by the producer. In the late 2013, he sold a property in Malibu's Point Dume for $8.94 million to snowboarder Shaun White. He also invested in another property in Point Dume area earlier this year for $13.85 million.

The 51-year-old producer is known for creating the popular dating reality show, "The Bachelor" which just finished its 20th season. He is also one of the producers for the reality show, "The Bachelorette." Fleiss also worked in the film industry, and some of his films were "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" (2003) and "Hostel" (2005).
