After finishing the design of her home, "Glee" alum Dianna Agron decided to list her stylish Hollywood Hills bachelorette pad for $1.595 million. It was said that she bought the property in 2012. The reason for the sale was speculated to be her engagement with Mumford & Sons performer Winston Marshall, which was reportedly confirmed by US Magazine in February. Agron was spotted with her engagement ring during an event.
Trulia reports that the three-bedroom, two-bathroom property showcases the stylish and romantic personality of its owner with its cozy and elegant designs. The entrance is a long private driveway which is lined with trees and welcomes the guests in the cozy and stunning fully renovated 2,494-square-foot house.
Originally built in 1926, Agron designed and decorated the home with eclectic interior design pieces that exhibits her elegant style. The property features a grand living room and vaulted beams, arches and angled walls which add to the cozy ambiance of the place.
In the common area there is an oversized fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances. It is a perfect place for anyone to enhance their culinary skills.
Outside, there is a detached guest house that is complete with a bedroom and full bathroom. There is also a private deck with a living space that is perfect for relaxation and meditation. The nearby swimming pool is surrounded with elegant lounge and dining areas.
Agron is neighbors with some of her former co-stars like Chord Overstreet who has a home in the hills and Chris Colfer who moved into the neighborhood in 2013 after leaving Laurel Canyon.
