Designed by star architect Jean Nouvel and developed by Andre Balazs, the building in 40 Mercer Street also offers great amenities like marble swimming pool, spa with sauna and a Jacuzzi for its residents.

Listing details for the unit reveals that it offers luxury living, from its attentive staff to the high-end amenities. The unit features sun-flooded living and entertaining areas with its large windows and lavish decorations. The over-the-top chef kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and lavish designs.
