Kesha Sells Nashville Home While Battling Dr. Luke Lawsuit

Kesha has decided to sell her home in Nashville for $1.449 million.

According to Zillow, the "Tik Tok" singer's house stretches over its 4,800-square-foot land that is filled with lights, and it boasts Brazilian cherry floors.

"Walls of windows look out onto the forested state park, while an open floor plan creates a sense of openness and ease," the publication noted.

The property features a master suite that is equipped with vaulted ceilings, three doors, a bathroom and a soaking tub, to name a few. Kesha's listing agent is Katerina Tate of The Lipman Group/Sotheby's International Realty.

Prior to listing her house, the singer also sold another property for $1.81 million, just a year after purchasing it.

Meanwhile, Kesha is currently fighting a lawsuit against Sony Music producer Dr. Luke. According to multiple sources, Kesha claimed that she was molested by the producer and was promised that she will be able to release several albums within a certain period of time. However, Kesha didn't get to receive multiple albums, and the only song she made that became really successful was "Tik Tok."

In other news, photos of the singer's house have been published on Elle Décor's website. One photo shows Kesha's living room that is adorned in white and off-white shades. Another photo reveals that the house has another living room which is much smaller in terms of its floor area.

The dining room boasts six chairs and is positioned right across the bar. The kitchen is made mostly out of wood materials. All three can be found in the second floor of Kesha's property.

Kesha's house has only one bedroom, but its outdoor view compensates for it.

If you think you should be the next rightful owner of the Nashville home, wait no longer and contact the listing agent now.
