Jennifer Lopez Net Worth: ‘American Idol’ Judge Spotted House Hunting in Bel Air and Beverly Hills

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly looking for a new house. The "American Idol" judge was spotted house shopping over the weekend in Beverly Hills and Bel Air.

According to the exclusive report by TMZ, J Lo checked out the celebrity home previously owned by Frank Mancuso Jr., a movie producer. The property is priced $22.9 million, and it was said that Lopez is looking for a house in the $20 million range.

The report further states that Mancuso's former home is located in Beverly Hills and measures 14,000 square feet. If J Lo does decide to buy it, she'll be neighbors with Channing Tatum, Demi Moore and One Direction member Harry Styles.

It was previously reported that Lopez has listed her Hidden Hills property on the market back in January 2015. Its original price of $17 million was significantly reduced several times; first to $14.5 million and now to $12.5 million.

According to Forbes, Jennifer Lopez had a net worth of $28.5 million in 2015. She was ranked 95th in Forbes' Celebrity 100 list last year.

According to the site, J Lo's recent earnings come from her judging stint in "American Idol" and the film "Boy Next Door." She's also part of the NBC TV series "Shades of Blue." She's also reportedly working on two albums.

Lopez has two children with her ex-husband, singer Marc Anthony. She has an on-and-off relationship with her backup dancer Casper Smart. The 46-year-old has been married three times, and when asked by AsiaOne whether she's still looking into getting married again, she said, "Getting married again, I don't know, but nothing in my life is out of the question - anything is possible, everything is possible."

The Latina singer/actress was previously married to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, her former backup dancer, and Marc Anthony, with whom she shares the twins Emme and Max.
