Celebrity Homes: ‘Dexter’ Actor Michael C. Hall Finally Sold Los Feliz Home for $4.85M

It was just last month when "Dexter" actor Michael C. Hall listed his Los Feliz home in the market for $4.85 million. Now according to various reports, the celebrity home has been sold "almost instantly."

TMZ reports that Hall's home features a Spanish colonial style and measures 5,618 square feet. The property is perched on a hillside near Griffith park in L.A., which is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the area.

The celebrity home offers six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The interior of the house mixes traditional and modern features with its wooden ceilings and beams and contemporary furniture. The living room is home to a huge flat screen TV, two reclining chairs and other big cushion seats.

The kitchen looks sleek with its minimalist design and stainless steel appliances, while the dining area is roomy with its huge windows. It also features beautiful pendant lights.

Outside the house, there's a pool and a three-car garage. A separate guest house is also located in the property.

Michael C. Hall's net worth is estimated to be $25 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. He used to earn $350,000 per episode of then hit TV show "Dexter." Besides acting on TV, Hall also starred in several Broadway productions including Macbeth and Timon of Athens. He was also part of the HBO series "Six Feet Under." Hall also dabbled in films such as "Paycheck" and "Gamer."

In more recent news, the American actor will perform in a Radiohead tribute concert along with Tony winner Lena Hall, COS reports. The one-night only event will be held on March 19 at Café Carlyle in New York.

The concert will also serve as a reunion between Michael and Lena. The two artists previously starred together in the Broadway production "Hedwig and the Angry Inch."
