'Diamonds' Rihanna, 'Mission Impossible' Tom Cruise, 'Joy' Jennifer Lawrence Luxurious Houses Up for Grabs

"Bitch Better Have My Money" singer Rihanna had a property that was originally priced for $4.5 million in the midst of various lawsuits. However, it was later on bought by "All of Me" John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen earlier this year for $14 million. Located at a cul-de-sac in Beverly Hills, the two stars described it as the perfect place to raise their children.

The former Rihanna manor has a modern theater room, a professional gym, nine various flat screen TVs, a billiards room, a steam sauna and an infinity tub. The rooms are finished with marble designs, and have a private balcony.

Other luxurious celebrity houses that are still on the market, include:

  1. "Thriller" singer Michael Jackson. Once described as Neverland, this 2,698 acre property is more commonly known as Sycamore Valley Ranch. Situated on the outskirts of Santa Barbara in Los Olivos, California, this estate is a secluded retreat. The ranch comes with a tennis courts, several barns and animal shelters, breathtaking views, a movie theater.
  2. "Mission Impossible" actor Tom Cruise. Located on top of its own hill, Cruise sold his European-style property for $11,400,000, LA Curbed reported. The villa has walls of glass to take in the sweeping view of the mountain. The kitchen is designed with an Italian farmhouse motif and comes with chef quality appliances. It also has a guesthouse. Everything was decorated with Venetian plaster walls. This celebrity mansion is equipped with a heated lagoon, and waterfall. There is also a walk-in wine cellar and tasting room.
  3. "Spider-Man" actor Tobey Maguire. The "Spiderman" series star remodeled his Brentwood property for $10,400,000. The home was designed by John Byers with doors that go from room to room. It boasts a beamed ceiling and a skylight. The home is only one story but has a guest suite attached with its own entrance, Variety reported.
  4. "Joy" actress Jennifer Lawrence. Lawrence's 5,500 square foot property has been the home of other celebrities like Paul Hogan, Rick Yorn, and Ellen Degeneres. It has a courtyard covered in ivy-covered walls with a koi pond, and a European-style wishing well.
