'Power of Love' Celine Cuts Down Water Park Estate Price By Millions

Celine Dion had greatly reduced the asking prices on their manors. The details were featured this week at one of the TopTenRealEstateDeals.com posts. Their Floridian oceanfront estate was first listed in 2013 for $72.5 million. With no buyer interested, the price was lowered to $62.5 million and recently cut to $45.5 million, Closer Weekly reported.

Among many Bahamian-inspired features, the 5.5-acre beachfront home's centerpiece is the 500,000-gallon water park with a slow-current river connecting two pools and a twisting water slide. Another pool is also located in the property's beachside.

The two-story, 10,000-square-foot home has five bedrooms with a wraparound terrace that features ocean views and various main level terraces. The master suite has a walk-in closet that is equipped with carousels for easy access to shoes and clothing at the press of a button, Lonny reported.

Grammy Award-winning artist Dion and her late husband René Angélil, built their Florida home on Jupiter Island in 2010.
