Hyatt Place, Junior's Restaurant Open In Boca Raton Luxury Homes

Locals of Boca Raton luxury homes are looking forward to two high-profile restaurants setting roots near the heart of Boca Raton. New York staple Junior's Restaurant and Italian favorite Louie Bossi plan to have locations in Boca Raton and residents cannot wait to have these two famous food joints in town.

Louie Bossi is slated to open in the Hyatt Place, Sun Sentinel reported. This Boca Raton luxury restaurant will be the first of its kind in downtown area, and is scheduled to start taking reservations in late October. The restaurant located at 120 E. Palmetto Park Road on the corner of Federal Highway will have approximately 8,000 square feet and an additional 2,000 square feet for outdoor patio seating.

Bossi is a member of the West Palm Beach's Big Time Restaurant Group. Specializing in Italian cuisine, Chef Bossi is one of the most well-known chefs in the company. He insists that all of its 8 different breads, pastas, gelatos, cookies, and pastries be made fresh daily, much to the delight of the locals in the neighboring Boca Raton luxury communities surrounding the area. The chef will be preparing all brunch, lunch, dinner, and dessert. A bar and a bocce ball court are also in the works.

Junior's Restaurant will soon be taking over the location where Ruby Tuesday's once was, The Real Deal reported. The Palm Beach Post said that the restaurant is planned to have 270 seats that will offer both indoor and outdoor service. They will also have a full-service bakery and bar.

Most Boca Raton luxury homes are owned by ex-New Yorkers, so Junior's Restaurant of New York is expected to be a welcome addition. Junior's is known for its steak burgers, sandwiches, barbecue, and soups.

Junior's Restaurant and Hyatt Place may invite more businesses and residents to the east side of Federal Highway in Boca Raton.
