Kevin James Net Worth: 'The King of Queens' Star Lists Delray Beach Mansion for $29M

Actor and comedian Kevin James just put his Mediterranean Revival compound in Delray Beach on the market for $28.85 million. According to Miami Curbed, the 12,828-square-foot estate sits on about three acres of land, and it also includes over 300 feet of oceanfront and private beach. It was originally built in 2008, and James bought the estate in 2012 for $18.5 million. It was reported that he also purchased the vacant lot next to the property for $4.25 million.

According to Gossip Extra, the property has a total of eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and it also has a wide range of amenities like a gym, meditation room, wine cellar, zen spa and a game room. It also has an eight-car garage. Listing details reveal that the property forms one of the largest remaining estates in the area. It was also revealed that Courchene Development Corporation, Dailey Janssen Architects and Marc-Michaels Interior Designs worked together to create the stunning property.

Although there are modern designs incorporated inside the home, it retained some of its old world elements like the antique European oak, Pecky cypress, limestone, coral, mahogany and Alhambra tile. Aside from the main house, it also has a guest apartment.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, James has an estimated net worth of $80 million. He became a household name when he played the role of Doug Heffernan on the CBS sitcom "The King of Queens." He also appeared in a number of lead roles in comedy films like "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry," "Paul Blart: Mall Cop," and "Grown Ups." James is married to actress Steffiana de la Cruz in 2004 and they have two daughters and a son.
