Realtor found these luxury homes which have amazing high-end amenities included in the sale. The first on the list is the 21-story apartment complex in Kazakhstan which comes with a 1,000-foot artificial ski slope. It was reported that the slope wraps around the structure of the building and extends from the roof, down to the street level. It was designed by architect Shokhan Mataibekov who is also known to be a ski enthusiast.

In Coachella Valley, California, a private racetrack is available for the owners of the exclusive villas in the community. It was reported that the amenity which is offered by the Thermal Club includes a full-time track operations and staff.

In the Primm Estate in Las Vegas, the occupants can explore the hidden tunnels and the underground shooting range. It was said that the secret passages and rooms are located in the main entrance and behind the doors, which are designed to look like cabinets. The secret tunnels lead to the underground shooting range and also the garage. The secret doors open with a passcode, and the hallway has its own oxygen supply and exhaust system.

At 60 Ocean St. in Brewster, MA, a home has its own fully functioning private light house. It was said that the light from it is visible all the way from Provincetown.

Another international property, the Antilia in Mumbai which is a 27-story building, has a total of three helipads and has a total number of staff of 600. It is owned by oil tycoon Mukesh Ambani.
