Celebrity Homes for Rent: Ravens Quarterback Jimmy Clausen's Home Available for Rent for $14K Per Month

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Jimmy Clausen is now renting out his Westlake Village California home for $14,000 a month. According to Realtor, the former Notre Dame star purchased the home for $1.595 million back in 2012, and it was reported that Clausen remodeled the place after he purchased it.

Los Angeles Times reports that the two-story, 5,633-square-foot Mediterranean-style house features a chandelier-topped entry, and it also has three stone fireplaces. It has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms which include the master suite that has its own balcony which overlooks the backyard.

There is also a gourmet kitchen which is updated with granite countertops and is equipped with stainless steel range. Aside from that, it also has a home theater and a game room, and outside, there is backyard pool, spa and  a three-car garage. The home sits in the gated community of North Ranch Country Club which offers stunning mountain views.

The 28-year-old quarterback played high school football in Westlake Village and was a standout at Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village where he earned the Hall Trophy as a senior. He also became a three-year starter at Notre Dame before deciding to forego his senior year and become a professional player.

He was drafted in the second round by the Carolina Panthers back in 2010, and he signed a four-year $4.2 million contract with the team. He had a rocky rookie season and was benched in favor of Cam Newton in 2011, which started for the Panthers in this year's Super Bowl. Clausen then went on to make a stint with the Chicago Bears where he appeared for five games before he caught on with the Baltimore Ravens last season.
