Oakland Raiders Stun Colin Kaepernick, San Francisco 49ers [Watch Highlights]

The Oakland Raiders scored a convincing 24-13 win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in Oakland.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr had a big night as he completed 22 of 28 passes for 254 yards, including three touchdown passes, helping his team bounce back from a humbling loss last week.

After scoring their first win of the 2014 NFL season against the Kansas City Chiefs, the Raiders took a 52-0 beating against the St. Louis Rams, which was their 11th defeat of the season.

"It's great for us to come off of a (bad) week and perform the way we did today," said safety Charles Woodson, who had eight tackles and one interception. "Being able to bounce back from the way we felt last week was big for us. To win this game, the Battle of the Bay, your crosstown rivals, it's a big win for us."

Colin Kaepernick struggled to get into his rhythm as he completed just 18 of 33 passes for 174 yards with one touchdown against two interceptions, leading to his team's second consecutive loss.

"I have to play better," said Kaepernick, who completed just 16 of 29 passes for 121 yards with two interceptions during their 19-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks last week. "I haven't played well."

With their second straight loss, the 49ers dropped to 7-6 and are now in danger of missing the playoffs for the first time since hiring John Harbaugh as coach.

They are now two games behind the Seahawks and Detroit Lions in the race for the wild card spots in the National Football Conference, but Harbaugh is not losing hope.

"There is no surrendering. You look for the next thing to win at," Harbaugh said via ESPN.

The loss is also expected to raise more questions about Harbaugh's future in San Francisco as reports indicated that he might part ways with the 49ers after the season. When asked about his future, Harbaugh said that he is also unsure since his top priority at this point is to lead San Francisco to victories.

"My priorities are No. 1, winning football games, No. 2, the welfare of our players, coaches and our staff," Harbaugh told San Francisco Chronicle. "And lastly is what my personal professional future is."

The 49ers will look to bounce back when they take on the Seahawks again on Sunday, while the Raiders will look to score their third win in four games when they face Kansas City.
