Louis Tomlinson Net Worth: One Direction Singer Rents LA Home for Newborn Son

One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson has reportedly rented a $21 million home in Hollywood in order for him to be close to his newborn son, Freddie Tomlinson.

The 24-year-old singer's new LA home has four bedrooms with a guest house, which is enough to invite Louis Tomlinson's 1D band mates, Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

The 4,529-square-foot home also features terrazzo floors, a bar in the living room and a brick-paved pool area, stated The Agency. A separate doorway also opens into a screening room with its own personal bath.

Tomlinson's rent for the said property in Hollywood Hills is at $48,750 per month.

This John Schlesinger house also shares quite a history among other famous celebrities in Hollywood. Apart from its current occupier, the property previously became Richard Gere, Cindy Crawford and the Rolling Stones' home.

Popsugar noted that Tomlinson's reason for renting the said property in Los Angeles is to be closer to his newly born son, Freddie Tomlinson, with his friend Briana Jungwirth.

While Jungwirth and Tomlinson will not be living together in the said property, the publication noted that the "Night Changes" singer bought Jungwirth a property in Calabasas, CA.

Tomlinson's net worth is currently at $30 million, Celebrity Net Worth reported.

The aforementioned publication noted that the 1D member rose to fame after appearing on "The X Factor" in 2010.

The "Drag Me Down" singer initially joined the "X Factor" in the Boys' Division and failed to score a place in the said category. However, he, together with Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik were called back on stage to compete as a group and it was there that One Direction started making history in the music scene.

The "What Makes You Beautiful" singers are currently on a hiatus, but the 1D members reassured Directioners that it is only temporary.
