Justin Timberlake recently celebrated his 35th birthday and while the "Mirrors" singer received warm and heartfelt greetings from fans, it looks like he has also received a grand birthday present. J.T. has just sold his former Orlando home for $2.4 million.

Justin Timberlake recently sold his Orlando home for $2.4 million, Miami Curbed reported. According to the publication, the 35-year-old actor and singer purchased the 4,357-square-foot property in 1999 for $1.34 million.

The house was listed on the real estate market in 2006 for $2 million. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house boasts of its location and charm.

The house is right next to Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club and Lodge and is only 15 miles away from Disney World.

The property also features a poolside fireplace with a heated pool and Jacuzzi to entertain guests or when you feel the need to go for a swim at night.

Meanwhile, E! News reported that Timberlake received warm greetings from fans and fellow celebrities during his 35th birthday last Jan. 31. According to the outlet, Garth Brooks asked his fans during a performance at the Royal Farms Arena to greet his friend a happy birthday and flood him with messages on Twitter.

Timberlake was overwhelmed by Brooks' birthday gift and thanked him for it via Twitter. The "Cry Me A River" singer also received a birthday greeting from Ellen DeGeneres.

Timberlake's current net worth is at $230 million and when combined with his wife, Jessica Biel, their total net worth is at $248 million, Celebrity Net Worth reported.

According to the publication, the "Friends with Benefits" actor made his debut in Hollywood in 1991 after appearing in the show, "Star Search." Timberlake then starred in "The Mickey Mouse Club" series together with JC Chasez as mouseketeers.

J.T. and Chasez were then recruited to become members of the boy band 'N Sync, which made them famous worldwide for their hit singles, "Bye Bye Bye," "It's Gonna Be Me," and "This I Promise You."

Timberlake also released his own album after 'N Sync got disbanded in 2002. The "What Goes Around Comes Around" singer has also won the 2007 American Music Award for Favorite R&B/Soul Album for his second album, "Justified."
