These luxury homes for sale are part of Realtor's top five most expensive listings this week, with a total of $158 million.

The first on the list is the luxury mansion at 6 Ocean Ln, Palm Beach, FL which is listed for $42 million. Luxury builder Mark Pulte bought the property for $12 million in 2013, and the six-bedroom residence is now fully furnished and renovated. Outside, the property boasts stunning ocean views and a resort-like swimming pool.

Another stunning property at 77 Oregon Rd, Bedford Corners, NY is listed for $36 million. Listing details reveal that the 10-bedroom Georgian-style mansion is just 45 minutes away from New York City. The place has updated rooms and wide board floors. The ceilings rise up to 11 feet high. The property also features a total of six fireplaces. It also has a private guest house, a heated pool and its own tennis court.

The 1722 San Remo Dr, Pacific Palisades, CA residence is also on the list with a selling price of $26.95 million. It was previously sold for $6.7 million in 2013, and since then the place underwent extensive renovations. It now has a modern interior and a new kitchen which has a wide and open floor plan. It also offers spectacular views of the city and the ocean.

Zillow also found an expensive listing in Las Vegas this week with the European estate which is listed for $22 million. The place is designed like a private resort with elegant design and amenities. It has a total of six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms which is perfect for big families. Aside from that, the estate also has a home cinema, a personal gym, a library and an executive office. It also offers a security room where the 25 security cameras can be viewed and controlled. Outside, one can enjoy breathtaking views of the garden and take a dip in the stunning blue pool.
