'GTA 5' Heists DLC Coming in December Update 1.19?

After the release of update 1.18 for "Grand Theft Auto 5," Rockstar is now gearing up for yet another update, the 1.19 version, which will not only address the issue of bugs but is also believed to contain Heists, the International Business Times reported.

Sticking to tradition in releasing updates on a Tuesday, IBT said it is possible that the "GTA 5" update 1.19 will be made available on December 2.

"We have seen other days chosen like Thursday, but there's still a clear pattern that has mostly focused on Tuesday, which is the next prospect in terms of next month," Product Reviews writer Daniel Chubb said.

For some, the update will allow them to fix bugs in the game, including connectivity issues, but for other fanatics, it will be a chance to see if Rockstar Games included the Heists DLC in the update.

The game developer giant has already confirmed that a "next major update" will contain Heists, and fans have yet to see if it will be in this GTA Online update.

Rockstar Newswire has also announced that the Heists DLC will be the first ever "Grand Theft Auto 5 Online" DLC to be released after the "GTA V" was released for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 two weeks ago.

The DLC comes as a response to fans' restlessness about the new online heist missions that have already been delayed before, according to the Inquisitor

To show fan's anticipation of the the Heists DLC, there was even a website created called Aretheheistthereyet, which counts the number of days that has passed since the release of "GTA V Online" last year.

But Rockstar and developers have yet to confirm the exact date when the Heists DLC will be available for the "GTA 5 Online."

Before the game was even launched on Xbox One and PS4, the game developer already announced that the details on the release of the heists will come "very soon."

"We know you're all excited for more updates to come and we've got some really exciting stuff in the works to continue adding to, expanding and evolving the world of 'Grand Theft Auto Online,' including the highly-anticipated launch of the online heists," Rockstar said in its newswire.

Because of the announcement, the Latinos Post reported in mid-November when the 1.18 update came out, that gamers got concerned because it only contained bug fixes and no heists.
