Village of Sawmill Lake Brings-in Six New, Luxury Home Designs

The Toll Brothers have announced the new home designs in Sawmill Lake Village, Sienna Plantation. The new house line-up in Logan Pass and The Mountains boasts luxurious features and architectural details throughout. All six designs will be available on a 75-feet home site with wooded selections.

The new homes will be priced for at least $400,000, and the designs will take 3,300 to 3,600 square feet. There are home designs that will feature oversized master suites, two-storey rooms, study rooms, and outdoor porches. Popular features like bathrooms with granite countertops, a mahogany front door, and kitchen cabinets, will also be present.

The Sawmill Lake Village is located in the newest phase of the Sienna Plantation that is currently being prepped with hiking trails, clubhouses, pools, sports fields, lakes and parks.

The Toll Brothers provides homes in different locations, which include the Fox Bend, Logan Pass, The Mountains, and The Plaza. All of these four home sites range between 75 feet to 100 feet wide.

In 2015, this project headlined news mentioning that Texas' premiere home builders were to put up 45 homes in Sawmill Lake Village, Sienna Plantation. This will be completed side-by-side the Fort Bend community.

The project will be situated in a gated and secluded Sienna Plantation section. The luxurious single-family homes by J Patrick Homes and Toll Brothers will stand on wooded sites with a width of 100 feet. The buyers will have a choice on the size of the floor plan which can be as huge as 7,000 square feet. The property will have high-end, luxurious features and custom amenities.

The previous report announced that the construction of the luxurious properties will commence in the Spring and of possible additional builders yet to be revealed. Twelve model houses were announced, one of which is Houston's biggest model collection.

Recently, Sienna Plantation highlighted a number of centers, which include fitness, tennis, and sports fields, along with waterparks. The additional center is to be opened in 2016 lining the Sawmill Lake banks.
