Home Design: Miami Beach Spec Home with 43-Foot Water Slide Listed For $34M

Is anyone looking for a home design that comes with water slide? Here's your chance to own this kind of property at Miami Beach. A home is listed in the market with a 43-foot water slide for $34 Million.

Curbed has featured in its website the property in Miami Beach. This luxury home definitely catches the attention of homebuyers because of its one of a kind feature. The water slide is normally seen in many resorts, but not in a residential property.

As noted, homebuyers do not normally see this kind of property in the market. It is obviously rare to "see a luxury home hit the market for over $30 million with a sleek, two-story concrete waterslide fixed to the pool." In fact, this property has been featured in "The Wall Street Journal."

Any homebuyer that is interested to purchase this luxury home in Pine Tree Drive and Indian Creek Canal could check the whole spec of the property in its website, called the Pine Tree South. The description says "'the interior space is a serene, harmonious environment of continuous, fluid finishes to surfaces, creating a sense of respite from the pace of life in the city."

The Wall Street Journal describes the general specs and features of the luxury home. This $34 million real estate property is newly built and is developed by Barry Brodsky, owner of Brodson Construction. Aside from its 43-foot-long and 20 feet high water slide, this epicurean contemporary house boasts a lot of amenities.

The WSJ says that the real estate property has six bedrooms in addition to staff quarters. "The contemporary home measures about 13,500 square feet, plus a separate building that houses a half-basketball court. It has about 100 feet of waterfront on a canal, and plans call for a boat dock to be custom-built for the buyer."

A luxury home worth $34 million with all those specs and amenities, that must be crazy! But who doesn't want it? Care to share your thoughts about this real estate property in Miami Beach?
