Beach Properties of Florida is the newest addition to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, and will now start to operate under the name Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida.

According to their press release in Business Wire, Beach Properties of Florida was founded in 2007 and is now considered to be the leading independent brokerage in its marketplace in terms of sales volume and average sales price.

Agents from the Beach Properties of Florida are going to receive training on Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' Global Network Platform, a suite of online real estate tools, services and apps.
