Upon entering, people will be amazed with its two-story foyer with stunning staircase. The open floor plan shows a spacious living area, a forming dining room which has its own bar and wine storage. The first floor is also where the chef's kitchen is located, and it is filled with Viking appliances and has its own walk-in pantry. The kitchen opens to the large family room which has its own fireplace and doors which lead to the backyard.

The master bedroom has a luxurious grand fireplace and two intimate private balconies. The bedroom also has a dual walk-in closet and a master bath which boasts spa-like amenities like dual vanities, dressing area, jetted tub and shower. One of the best features of the place is every bedroom has its own flat screen television. Outside, people can enjoy the backyard's pool or spa. There is also a pool house, a BBQ area and an outdoor fireplace.

Watson began his basketball career when he played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins and was drafted by the Seattle Super Sonics in the 2001 NBA Draft. He retired after playing 13 seasons in the NBA with seven different teams before he started working as an assistant coach for the Phoenix Suns in 2014.
