Real Estate Technology News: Mobile Real Estate App Developer Snapp Comes up With a Helpful Application

Mobile Real Estate App Developer SnApp comes up with a helpful application. The mobile app has amazing features that are useful for both homebuyers and home sellers.

PR reports that SnApp has created an app that "enables mass-development, deployment and update automation, and a host of other features." Thus, several businesses have signed up to have their app created. Of course, this comes with a fee not only for the customizations made but also for the set-up and monthly fees.

In addition, resellers too have signed up at SnApp for specific real estate technology app. Although no names of the company have been mentioned, but it is already expected that well-known companies have already licensed the SnApp mobile app development platform.

SnApp efficiently operates with ventures that are still starting up, even for those that have no funding. This has already built an increase request for those that want to boost and create momentum for those with minimum viable product.

This new affiliate program has attracted a key reseller in the real estate market. This particular reseller wanted 1,000 mobile apps made for its customers. All the necessary information needed for the agents' data, multiple listing services, and all other details to make the application work was imported into the platform. This was then integrated into the application in Android and iPhone format and is being set up for download.

Realtybiz News adds that the advantage of SnApp is that small and medium enterprises can avail of it, just paying extra per customization. Although it charges a monthly fee plus a one-time set up fee depending on the number of features and kind of app used.

Clients can choose to customize their app based on the need as they go. Meaning they control their start-up budget based on the inflow of income compared to spending on features that are unnecessary. People behind the app say that they desire to go on with working hand in hand with real estate agents and brokers. Of course, other businesses are not excluded.
