Smothers Realty Group made it again as the top real estate firm last 2015 in La Grange and for the 20th time, the strong record was based from the firm's performance for residential homes sales.
According to Chicago Tribune, the firm made a total residential sales of $150 million in which $61 million came from their residential sales in La Grange.
"Smothers' residential home sales in La Grange for 2015 were over $61 million, almost twice that of the next closest competitor. Smothers' total residential sales for the area topped $150 million."
The consistent performance of Smothers Realty Group was made possible by the group of brokers working behind it and the number of professionals who are aiding the needs of real estate buyers and consumers.
"Seven of the top 20 brokers for single family home sales in La Grange for 2015 were also from Smothers Realty Group. These brokers are Cathy Bier, Shannon Kutchek, Jennifer Harding, Lisa Gentile, Kelly Brennan, Helen LaLonde and Kara O'Connell," according to the outlet.
Moreover, the success in their real estate sales was due to their on call supervision with their clients.
