Counter tops

Counter top trends are usually timely most especially the granite ones which became one of the biggest trends in 2015. When investing on a new home it is important to invest in timeless designs such as plain white and wooden counter tops so that you can just easily have it repainted.

As per Liz on HGTV, "I know, every person on House Hunters wants them, and sure, it's a quality material. But variety is the spice of life, guys!"

Wallpapers

It may come with price, still it's easier to replace. Though wood wallpapers make the home look more peaceful and it adds up a fresh vibe, it is not however practical to having it for a long time knowing for a fact that it is a bit hard to look for furniture to suit the design.

If one does not want to change wallpapers every so often, it is important to look for the ones that are timeless and would look flattering on every furniture.
