U.S. President Barack Obama usually spends quality time with his family at the end of the summer or at the start of the school in fall. The first family loves to spend their vacation in one of their favorite destination spots: the Martha's Vineyard, a report from Top Ten Real Estate Deals said.
According to the report, the Obama family usually stays in Chilmark Pond, a private compound considered to be one of the best destination spots in Dukes County, Massachusetts, United States.
"A special perk for the president is the half basketball court and home gym. There is a heated infinity pool and a private boat dock on the pond as well as three beachfront lots for enjoying sand and sea. The 6,967-square-foot main house sits 120 feet above sea level and features six bedrooms and seven baths including a private master suite with its own den. The open floor plan includes pool, pond and ocean views from the chef's kitchen, living room and dining room. There are three fireplaces, custom millwork, marble baths and floor-to-ceiling windows," the report said.
It was said the house was originally built back in 1961 and was redesigned in 2006 by Rick Sundberg, a Seattle-based architect and famous landscape architect Steve Stimson. The house features a contemporary design which is said to be similar to other vacation rentals where the Obama family stayed during winter in Hawaii. The property was originally listed for $22.5 million but has been reduced to $19.125 million.

Barack's net worth is around $12.2 million mark, while his wife, Michelle Obama, has a net worth of $11.8 million, Inquisitr said. His earnings also come from his several investments amounting to $180,000 to $482,000.
