One of the celebrity homes belonging to stars under the age 30 is owned by "Wrecking Ball" singer Miley Cyrus. The enormous 6,000-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. The focal points of the Hidden Hills' mansion include a 1,000-square-foot wine cellar, beamed ceilings and wood floors. LA Curbed states that the huge property of the former Disney star also has a 10-stall barn, a chicken coop, a 500-vine vineyard and vegetable and citrus gardens.
Kylie Jenner's $2.7 million Calabasas mansion
Kylie Jenner moved into her Mediterranean-style digs just in time for her 18th birthday in August of last year. The massive 4,900-square-foot mansion is found in the neighborhood of Calabasas just a few blocks away from the homes of Kylie's sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian. As E! News reports, the property boasts five bedrooms, Sunrun solar array, a home theater, a huge modern kitchen, a spa, a library, a pool and an outdoor grilling station.
Shay Mitchell's $2 million West Hollywood Home
One of the celebrity homes owned by an actress who's under the age of 30 belongs to "Pretty Little Liars" star, Shay Mitchell. The 28-year-old said goodbye to her three-room, three-bath home last year after selling it for $2 million. The Mediterranean-style home built in 1931 is spread in a 2,041-square-foot area. The property boasts high ceilings, a Beverly Hills Hotel-themed kitchen with modern appliances, and covered dining area near the pool. Mitchell purchased the home in 2012 for $1.35 million, according to Forbes.
