Reality star Kylie Jenner is being sued over a 3-car pile-up she alleged started in Calabasas, California back in August of 2013, less than a month after her 16th birthday.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the 17-year-old was driving a Mercedes G-Wagon when she rear-ended a Toyota, which then hit the back of a Subaru.
The lady-driver of the Subaru involved in the traffic incident is suing the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" teen for being a negligent driver. She is also suing Kylie's mother, Kris Jenner, who is believed to be the registered owner of the Mercedes.
The woman's attorney is also claiming that she has suffered injuries to her neck and back as a result of the accident.
However, according to TMZ, during last year's initial report, there were no claims of injuries from anyone involved and everyone involved was cordial to one another.
About a year after the three car incident, Kylie was involved in yet another vehicular accident, this time involving a her new Range Rover. Page Six estimated the damage to her car to total thousands of dollars.
Kylie and Kris Fighting?
This lawsuit could not come at a worse time. Reports are coming in that Kylie and Kris, 58, are at odds with each other.
Based on the sources of Radar Online, "Kylie is constantly arguing with her mom because Kris acts like Kylie doesn't even exist" and adds, "She hates how her mom has destroyed their family unit and traded her soul for fame."
The site notes that Kylie has transitioned out of her home and has bunked with older, half-sister Khloe Kardashian.
The worst part is that busy momager Kris is said to not even notice that her youngest daughter has left.
"Kris is, and has always been, so far up Kim's a-s that she completely missed out on Kylie's teen years, and the worst part is she doesn't care," said the insider.
Aside from Khloe, another person that Kylie has to lean on during these tough times is rumored boyfriend Tyga. The 24-year-old rapper was spotted with the teenager on Sunday night at the cinema accompanied by some friends. While the pair attempted to stay away from each other, it was obvious, says Mail Online, that the celebs were in fact together.
A TMZ source has confirmed earlier that the celebrity icons are in fact "dating" but insists that they haven't been physical due to Kylie's age, continued Mail Online.
