Leslie Mann and her director husband Judd Apatow have listed their Malibu California beach house for $12 million.
Page Six reports that the "Trainwreck" director purchased the home for $10.8 million back in 2013 from the late "Pretty Woman" producer Laura Ziskin. The property has a total of three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and features beautiful Pacific Ocean views and beach access.
According to the detailed report by Variety, the 1930s beachfront cottage has a gated tree-shaded entrance courtyard and two detached car garages. The home can be accessed through the Dutch style front door and directs guests to the kitchen and the family room.
The kitchen features a mix of slab marble and also butcher block counter tops and grey and white tiles that are extended all the way to the ceiling. It is also filled with upper grade stainless steel appliances and double undercounter ovens.
The main living area which includes the spacious dining area with a white brick fire place is adjoined by a lounge which also has its own white brick fireplace. It also has a sun room which is filled with cozy-looking cushioned banquette.
The second floor of the residence has two bedrooms which are joined by the master suite with a sitting area in front of a fireplace. The rooms also have an entire wall of windows and glass sliders which open the room to a private terrace and provides beachfront views.
Aside from this property, the couple also owns an $18 million Brentwood California estate and a 3,000-square-foot West Village pied-à-terre, which costs around $9 million.
Apatow is known for writing and directing different comedies like "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," "Knocked Up," and "Bridesmaids," while Mann has starred in some of her husband's films and also in other comedy films like "The Other Woman" and "The Bling Ring."
