OnCourse Learning has announced that the Colorado Mandatory Real Estate Education Course is now available through ProSchools. Real estate agents in Colorado are required to participate in the courses in order for their license to remain active.
"Every year, the Commission develops a four-hour Annual Commission Update Course related to regulatory changes and issues affecting real estate practice," according to the official course description. "This four-hour course highlights compliance issues, reviews general practice knowledge, summarizes recent regulatory and Commission changes that affect the real estate industry, and meets Colorado's mandatory requirement for CE."
According to their press release in PR News Wire, real estate agents in Colorado must complete an Annual Commission Update course by December 31 each year of the license period, plus electives for a total of 24 hours of CE.
Beside the 4-hours 2015 Annual Commission Update Course, ProSchools also offers 18 other real estate courses in Colorado.
