Selena Gomez Sells Tarzana Property for $3.45 Million

Selena Gomez, the "Come and Get It" hitmaker has reportedly sold her Tarzana, Calif., home for $3.45 million.

Property records show that the residence went under escrow in August and closed sale Sept. 30.

The Tarzana home was Gomez's starter residence, which she purchased in 2011 for $2.17 million. She snagged the property just after her single "Love you Like a Love Song" hit the shelves. She put it on the market in May this year for $3.49 million.

Intruders have trespassed on this property several times. In January, a 19-year-old boy was found lurking outside for a considerable amount of time. A family member of Gomez called 911, after they spotted a suspicious figure loitering near the property. Officials arrested the man at the scene and booked him for trespassing, reports The Daily Mail.

The Toronto Sun identified the teenager as Juan Daniel Garcia, of El Mirage, Arizona. Garcia reportedly told officers he was there to "see the singer in person." However, it was uncertain if Gomez was at home then.

The Tarzana property is a 6,630-square-foot single -family residence with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Interiors of the home show French windows and wooden doors, dark panelled hardwood flooring and high tray ceilings.

The property is surrounded with lush gardens and has a pool with a crescent-shaped spa. There is a fire pit and a barbecue area too.

The listing describes the place as the, "Prettiest House in the Valley" and " One of the most beautiful homes" adding that the "exquisite remodel-every aspect of the designer-done home takes your breath away."

Last month, it was reported that Gomez moved in with Bieber in his fancy Hollywood Hills pad, which previously hosted "American Idol" and "X Factor" contestants. Gomez and Bieber were reportedly taking cooking lessons and hosting dinner parties up until last week when they broke up again because of Kendall Jenner!

"Justin explained to Selena that he 'had' to have a business meeting with Kendall and that the only time they could both meet was at dinner. He actually told her about the dinner meeting before they arrived in Paris and Selena was infuriated," an inside source told Hollywood Life.

"She's outraged that Justin did this to her, and on top of it in the most romantic city in the world. Not to mention for the whole world to see making her look like a desperate fool," the source added.

Good thing Gomez has a property in Calabasas where she can take refuge.
