Beyonce and Jay Z, the Hollywood power couple, may have just ended their super hit "On The Run" tour last week, but little did we know where they recharged their batteries before embarking on their successful stint together.
The Real Estalker (via Variety) has reported that the "Single ladies" hitmaker and her rapper husband took refuge in a sleek Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, home for a month between the end of their solo concerts and the start of their "On The Run" tour, shelling out $200,000 for their stay.
The residence the couple rented is a 16,000-square-foot single-family house, comprising of seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The home was available for sale at $45 million and was listed by James Harris, David Parnes and Mauricio Umansky of The Agency. It has since gone off market.
Interiors of the house feature hardwood flooring, high ceilings and glass walls along with slider doors, all encompassed in a wide, open floor plan.
Living spaces include three living rooms, a family room, two kitchens - one gourmet and one chef's - with a breakfast bar, a dining area, two libraries and an office, a wine cellar, a gym and a theater - spread across three floors.
Outside, the home has a tennis court, an infinity edge swimming pool with a spa and ample greens. There is a 20-car parking space too.

More recently, amid rumors of Beyonce and rapper hubby Jay Z's crumbling marriage, the New York Post reported that the "Single Ladies" hitmaker might already have a "foot out of the door".
Citing insider sources, the Post claimed that Beyonce was looking at a $21.5 million penthouse unit in the Chelsea neighborhood. But, none of the parties officially confirmed it so that passed off as a rumor.
Last year, it was reported that Beyonce and Jay Z splashed out on singer Cher's luxury Malibu mansion. That news wasn't confirmed either. The house was featured in the August 2002 issue of Architectural digest. Interiors of the Malibu mansion speak of elegant taste.
