Adam Levine, the "Maroon 5" frontman, and his newlywed Victoria's Secret model wife Behati Prinsloo have reportedly gone under contract to buying a $4.55 million home in New York City.
Citing insider sources, the New York Daily News is reporting that the newly married couple has finally found their dream home in Manhattan after months of scouring the city for a new family house.
However, representatives of Levine declined to confirm the deal.
The home in question here is a 2,700-square-foot, three bedroom-two bathroom loft located in the five-storey 112 Greene Street building in the SoHo neighborhood.
The residence features light hardwood flooring, open spacious rooms with large glass doors and windows and high 13-foot ceilings supported by six pillars throughout.
The home's floor plan show the entry opening into a large living room that almost takes up the entire expanse of the loft. There is a eat-in kitchen at one corner of the living area, while two other bedrooms sit right opposite to the kitchen area.
The master suit is located at the extreme right of the loft. It has a huge walk-in closet, a master bathroom and a laundry as well.
Lucie Holt of Town residential is the listing agent and the description of the house reads:
"Loft lovers dream, located on the absolute best cobblestone street in Soho this massive classic loft with 13 foot ceilings. Rarely available home for sale in this boutique historical cast iron building."
"...a location to dream about and close proximity to all the major subways, best restaurants and great grocery stores."

The home is a perfect family house, which must have caught the couple's eyes. Earlier, it was reported that Prinsloo and Levine are eager to start a family. The couple apparently plans on conceiving during their honeymoon, which they are already enjoying.
"Adam and Behati want to have a baby right away, and can't wait to start trying," a source close to the couple revealed to OK! Magazine in July.
"The main focus will be trying for a baby, which Adam is thrilled about. And Behati is dying to be a mom!" the source added.
