Reese Witherspoon Lists Brentwood Circle Home

Reese Witherspoon, the "Legally Blonde" actress, has reportedly listed her Brentwood Circle, Los Angeles, property for sale.

As per the deal, the main residence is available for $10.5 million and an adjacent parcel of land is also being offered for $3.5 million making the deal worth $14 million and increasing the lot size to about 1.3 acres.

The Real Estalker, which recently moved to Variety, reports that the Oscar-winning actress and her husband Jim Toth have been looking for a residence in the pacific palisades area and speculates that the couple might have set their eyes on a certain property, hence listing their long-time residence in Brentwood.

Witherspoon's Brentwood Circle home is a combination of three parcels that she amassed from 2003 to 2013, paying a total of $11 million. The listing lies with David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. A comment in Curbed notes that the home could be an exclusive listing because it doesn't seem to appear in the MLS.

According to the listing, the main residence comprises of five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Living space includes a formal living room with a double-storey foyer, a dining area, an eat-in kitchen, a library, a gym and office. The master suite has spacious walk-in closets.

Interiors of the home reportedly boast of hardwood flooring and soaring ceilings with beautiful French windows and doors. The listing doesn't show photos of the interiors though.

Outside, the home has a pool, rolling greens, a children's play area with a "sunken trampoline" and an outdoor fireplace.

The description of the home reads:

"Possessing the unique combination of the charm and romance of a 1920's early California Spanish and the spaces and amenities desired for today's lifestyles, this is a rare opportunity to purchase a custom home of great quality and distinctive design in an extraordinary Brentwood location."

Witherspoon recently unloaded her ranch in Ojai for $4.9 million - the one where Robert Pattinson sought refuge in after his "Twilight Saga" co-star girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheated on him with "Snowhite and the Huntsmen" director Rupert Sanders.

Meanwhile, the trailer of Witherspoon's latest movie "The Good Lie" is out and is looking pretty impressive. Check it out below:
