The former apartment of Bruce Willis and Emma Heming in old Central Park West has been listed back on the market for a whopping price of $12.9 million.
Armen Avanessians and his wife, Janette, purchased the fourth-floor unit for $12.75 million earlier this year.
The couple also owns a third-floor unit and, if combined, it would create a spacious duplex.
Adam Clayton of U2 is the past owner of Willis' former pad that measures 3,150 square feet.
According to the New York Post, the apartment is in move-in condition, renovated, and smart wired. It also boasts three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a panoramic view of Central Park.

According to the listing, the apartment has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, 50 feet of park front views, a loft-like entertainment space, expansive living and dining areas, and herringbone floors as well as gray walnut paneling. The master bedroom features a marble flooring throughout and a luxurious steam shower. The beautiful living room of the apartment has stellar views of Central Park, the New York Daily News reported.
The "30 Rock" star, Alec Baldwin, also has a unit in this Emory Roth-designed building which has a miniature basketball court and a gym.
Bruce Willis offered his Upper West Side property for a whopping $13 million less than two years after he purchased it for $8.85 million from U2 bassist, Adam Clayton. But earlier this year, the apartment was purchased for $12.75 million by Armen Avanessians and his wife, Janette.
Bruce Willis and wife Emma Heming, aren't the only ones looking to leave Central Park West. Willis' ex-wife, Demi Moore, has been rumored to be looking around for her triplex at the San Remo building also in Central Park West, where the 'Ghost' star once lived with her ex, Ashton Kutcher.
