Kelsey Grammer Net Worth: Comedian Sells His Malibu Home For $12.94M

American actor, comedian and producer Kelsey Grammer has sold his luxurious Malibu estate for $12.94 million. It was said that Grammer's real estate property is  located in Los Feliz and is among the most expensive real estate sales in entire Los Angeles, a report from Los Angeles Times said on Friday.

"The two-story house has a kitchen designed by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. A library, a home theater, four bedrooms and six bathrooms are also within 6,645 square feet of interiors. A detached guest house, a lily pond, a swimming pool, a tennis court, formal landscaping and horse facilities are within the grounds," the report said.

Grammer's palatial property was handled by listing agents Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker and Christopher Dyson of the Agency. It was Cormac O'Herlihy and Wailani O'Herlihy of Sotheby's International Realty who represented the buyer.

According to the report, Kelsey and Camille Grammer sold their real estate property located at 3200 block of Serra Road. The Serra Road property that sits on a 4.75-acre of lot has been off and on the market for several times. In fact, the gated Serra Retreat community was listed back in 2004 for $20 million. In 2012, the asking price was reduced to $17 million. It was said that the couple bought the property back in 1998 for $4.5 million, a year after they officially married.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Kelsey Grammer has a net worth of $60 million. He rose to fame for his portrayal of Frasier Crane on "Cheers" and "Cheers" spin-off sitcom, "Frasier."

"Grammer's stage work includes his Broadway acting debut as Lennox in Macbeth in 1981, as Sweeney Todd in the LA Reprise! musical production of Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber of Fleet Street in 1999, and his Broadway musical debut in La Cage aux Folles in 2010, for which he was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical. Grammer is also known for his voice artist work as Sideshow Bob on The Simpsons and voice work for a number of other animated films," the report said.
