Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis buy $10 million Beverly Hills mansion to bring up baby

All that buzz about Ashton Kutcher, the "Two and a Half Men" actor, putting up his Hollywood Hills home up for sale and looking for a new home turned out to be true.

Ashton Kutcher and fiancé Mila Kunis have reportedly purchased a $10 million mansion in the prestigious Beverly Hills area right after news of Kutcher marketing his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad in a $12 million pocket listing surfaced.

The Real Estalker reveals that their new house is a 7,351-square-foot single-family home and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The deal was reportedly an off-market one and the couple closed on the house sometime last week.

While tabloids are confirming the new purchase, details about the home are scanty. The Daily Mail reported that while the house is about 2,000-square-foot smaller than Kutcher's Hollywood Hills bachelor pad, it is perfect for a growing family. Tuesday morning, several workers were spotted re-doing the patio. Aerial views of the home show French windows and an open green lawn. There is a pool too.

The new buy comes as Kunis wanted to move to a more family-friendly house to bring up the baby as Kutcher's bachelor pad did not suit their purpose. The paparazzi had also become a problem. More recently, after a walk with the dogs, the "Friends with Benefits" actress had an argument with a rowdy photographer just outside the Hollywood Hills house.

Kutcher has been Kunis' "rock" during the pregnancy. "Mila's been suffering from morning sickness and is feeling exhausted, but she says Ashton has been her rock. He's been cooking for her and getting her breakfast in bed," a source told Closer Magazine.

"He's even hired a masseuse to give her daily massages and, at night, he rests his head beside her bump and talks to the baby."

Kutcher's real estate shuffles come just after reports of ex-wife Demi Moore listing her New York City triplex surfaced. The price for the residence is $75 million and the deal includes a two-bedroom unit just below the triplex. There is hardly any information on the details of the home but if it manages to sell for that much, it could be the city's most expensive co-op sale.

Located in San Remo, Central Park West, the residence's address could be its USP. According to the Real Estalker, Moore wanted ex Ashton Kutcher to pay for the renovations of this home.
