'Fuller House' Star Eva La Rue Receives $2.45M Divorce Settlement

Fuller House star Eva La Rue is back on the market and is $2.45 million richer thanks to the lofty divorce settlement paid by her ex-husband Joseph Cappuccio.

The actress, who is set to play Bob Saget's wife in the upcoming Netflix original series, split from Cappuccio in 2014. In the divorce papers filed by her ex-husband, Cappuccio cited irreconcilable differences as the reason of their break up, an article from ContactMusic.com revealed.

Fortunately for Cappuccio, he didn't walk out of their marriage empty-handed. He also got to keep a huge chunk of their assets which include 8 cars, 2 motorcycles and the gear for his seafood business.

The couple also divided a coin collection which value remains unknown but is described by several reports as priceless. La Rue and Cappuccio got 160 of the same coins except for 16 French Angels gold coins which the actress obtained.

Previously, Capuccio expressed he doesn't want to pay the former CSI:Miami star any spousal support. He also pleaded the court to reject La Rue's claim if ever she does ask for it.

The Californian businessman and La Rue were married less than four years. They were engaged twice before they finally tied the knot on June 26,2010 in an extravagant ceremony on the beach of Zijuatanejo, Mexico.

At the time, the actress seemed overjoyed about their nuptials. She told Life&Style that every single moment with Cappuccio "seemed to top the moment before" and that she "couldn't have dreamt it better."

During their marriage, the couple went back and forth their homes in Los Angeles and Monterey in Central California where Cappuccio operates his fishing plant.

Cappuccio and La Rue had no children together. The actress has an 11-year-old daughter named Kaya whom she had from a previous marriage. Cappuccio, on the other hand, has two children from a previous marriage, 25-year-old daughter Cassie and 22-year-old son Kevin.
