Kate Bosworth of “Blue Crush” fame lists Los Angeles home for $2.49 million

Kate Bosworth, actress, model and singer better known for her lead role in "Blue Crush," has just put her airy two-story 2,890-square-foot home in Los Angeles for $2,499,000, reports Trulia.

Set on a lot measuring over half an acre, a long drive from the discreet gate winds up to the front door of the actress' home at 2633 La Cuesta Drive in the Hollywood Hills. The house includes three bedrooms and two full and one half bathrooms. The master suite features a sitting area, two walk-in closets and a spa-like bath.

Thirty-one-year-old Bosworth purchased the place for $2.1 million in 2005. She married writer-director Michael Polish in a summertime Montana wedding at The Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg in September and is now on the hunt for a perfect family home. Recently, the couple was spotted house hunting in Los Feliz.

Bosworth began her acting career in the television series "Young Americans" and became popular for her leading role in "Blue Crush." She played the teenage girlfriend of porn star John Holmes in "Wonderland" opposite Val Kilmer and portrayed Sandra Dee in "Beyond the Sea". Since then, Bosworth has appeared in several notable films, including "Superman Returns," and the blackjack drama film "21."
