John Harbaugh, Baltimore Ravens head coach, selling Reisterstown home

John Harbaugh, Baltimore Ravens head coach, has listed his Reisterstown-community custom stone and brick home in Maryland for $2.1 million, reports Realtor.

Located just 25 minutes from M&T Bank Stadium, the 2-acre property, which 51-year-old Harbaugh purchased for $2.34 million in May 2008, was built in 2007. The double-story home offers 6,500 square feet of living space and includes six bedrooms and five full and two half bathrooms. The master suite is complete with plenty of closet space, two fireplaces and a soaking tub.

Spacious living, family, dining and recreation rooms are also included.

According to the listing, the French country-style home features a total of five fireplaces, reclaimed hardwood flooring, extensive woodwork and beamed ceilings. The house has a fully finished basement with a rear entrance.

The home also includes a connoisseur country kitchen with custom-made cabinets, a butler's pantry and a large center island. Downstairs there is a den, which boasts a complete kitchen with an adjoining bar.

On the outside, this gated property has a large patio area, a fire pit and a small pond. The property comes with a three-car garage with customized built-ins and separate irrigation facilities.

The property is listed with Sally Byrne of Prudential Homesale Realty.

According to Realtor, Harbaugh is the third NFL head coach who has put his home on sale this year. New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton listed his Westlake, Texas, home for $3.45 million in January, while Marc Trestman, Chicago Bears head coach, listed his Winnetka, Ill., home for $3,495,000 in March.

Harbaugh has also coached the defensive backs for the Philadelphia Eagles and served as the Eagles special teams coach for nine years. Harbaugh and his younger brother, San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh, are the first pair of brothers in NFL history to serve as head coaches.
