Selena Gomez Calabasas home convicted trespasser at it again

Selena Gomez is facing some serious privacy issues at her brand new Calabasas home.

Che Cruz, the 21-year-old man who was arrested, charged and jailed for showing up unwanted at the "Come and Get it" singer's residence was nabbed by the police again after they responded to a 911 call and caught Cruz climbing the fence.

After Monday's incident, the court ordered Cruz to jail for 45 days. However, he was released due to overcrowding and was set free on three years' probation with instructions to stay at least 150 yards away from the property. However, on Thursday, the police found him in violation of court orders and are now detaining him for $20,000 bail, reports E!Online.

Earlier on Monday, Gomez and her friend Lily Collins had just arrived home when they heard a strange noise. Gomez called for security but before they could inspect, Cruz rang the front doorbell asking if Gomez was in.

Collins, who answered the door, said she wasn't and slammed it shut. Security later found him in the guesthouse and waited for the police to arrive.

Officials did not say if the singer was at home when Cruz tried to climb the fence again Thursday.

Despite the repeated invasion of privacy, the two friends were still able to enoy themselves as they celebrated Gomez's win at the Kids Choice Awards.

"Love you @selenagomez. So proud and inspired. Can't wait for what's to come. By your side. #proudfanrightback," Collins captioned a picture on Instagram.

Gomez reciprocated with another black and white picture:

Gomez has faced privacy issues before. In January, a man was arrested after he was found lurking outside her Tarzana place. A family member called 911 after they spotted a suspicious figure around the house. Officials arrested the man on the scene and booked him on suspicion of trespassing, Daily Mail reported.

The January incident came about 18 months after Gomez got a restraining order against a 48-year-old stalker claiming she was his soul mate.

Gomez purchased the 7,000-square-foot residence in on-and-off flame Justin Bieber's ex-neighborhood soon after Bieber sold his home to Khloe Kardashian. Bieber is now renting Dallas Austin's Atlanta mansion, which was also recently trespassed on.

Hollywood Life is reporting that Gomez will be travelling to Atlanta often to visit Bieber, while he can stay over at her place when he is in Los Angeles.
