Kate Moss' former Greenwich Village home up for rent

Kate Moss' former Greenwich Village triplex has been listed for rent for $19,000 per month, reports The NY Curbed.

According to the listing, the 112 Waverly Place residence includes 1,800 square feet of living area spread over two levels. Equipped with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a recently renovated Boffi kitchen, the 19th century property features bare brick walls, a wood-burning fireplace and radiant heat floors.

The master suite comes with walk-in closets, customized electric shades and an adjoining double sink bath with a steam shower. The glass French doors of the master suite allow plenty of light and lead to a below-grade courtyard.

The other bedroom is lofted and is being used as an office currently.

Apart from the lofted entrance between the two bedrooms, a garden space spread over two levels is a highlight of the property, which Moss rented during the latter part of the 1990s when she was engaged to Johnny Depp.

Situated in a neighborhood with assorted stores and gourmet restaurants, the apartment offers an accessible refuge in the middle of the city that never sleeps.

It is listed with Natalia Belgrade from Keller Williams New York City.
