Pink relists Sherman Oaks home for $3,499,000

Pink has relisted her Spanish-style home in Sherman Oaks, Calif., for $3,499,000, reports Zillow.

Property records reveal that Pink purchased the investment property with her father James Moore for $2 million in 2002. While she did not reside in this home for long, she listed it for the first time in 2011 for $4 million. However, as the property did not find a buyer, the singer, who was ranked Billboard Woman of the Year in 2013, later relisted it for a lower asking price.

According to the listing, the gated property sits on a 0.75-acre park-like lot and includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The home features a double-door two-story entrance and gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with sophisticated appliances like SubZero, Viking and Jenn-Air. The home also features a wine cellar.

The exteriors include a tennis court, swimming pool and grotto cave spa hidden behind a waterfall. The expansive grounds also include a barbeque pavilion.

The Los Angeles property offers excellent privacy with views of greenery all around.

Originally a member of the girl group Choice, Pink began her solo career with the 2000 single "There You Go," which was also included on her debut album "Can't Take Me Home," released later that year. The album went on to be certified double-platinum in the United States.

She gained further recognition upon collaborating with Lil' Kim, Christina Aguilera and Mýa for a cover of "Lady Marmalade" for the 2001 "Moulin Rouge" soundtrack. That cover earned Pink her first Grammy Award (for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals) as well as her first number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100.
