A total of five fireplaces are found in the living and family rooms, the den, the master bedroom and master bathroom. Bi-folding doors open to a large covered patio with a built-in barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Elsewhere on the more than half-acre grounds is a swimming pool with a raised spa," the report said.
